STÅLK Co. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before your next renewal date. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

How to cancel: Log into your account and select "Manage Subscriptions," or email inbox@stalksupply.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

When cancellation takes effect: Requests received before your next renewal date stop all future charges and orders. If a renewal order was already billed and processed before we received your request, that order will ship and is final, and your cancellation applies to all future orders.

Reminders: You receive a subscription confirmation email after your first order and a reminder email before each renewal charge, so you always have the chance to pause or cancel.

Pause instead of cancel: You may ask us to place your subscription on hold. No charges are made while it is on hold, and it stays paused until you ask to restart.

Refunds: Subscription orders, including the first subscription order and all renewal orders, are not eligible for refunds once billed. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments are handled under Section 7 of our Return & Refund Policy.
