SHIPPING POLICY

STร…LK Co. ships worldwide. Every order is handled with the same standard of care we put into our formulations.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual transit may vary based on location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Canada โ€” Standard: 7 to 14 business days | Expedited: 3 to 7 business days United States โ€” Standard: 10 to 18 business days | Expedited: 5 to 10 business days International โ€” Standard: 14 to 28 business days | Expedited: 7 to 14 business days

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be communicated on the Site.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. STร…LK Co. is not responsible for customs-related delays.

5. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking information to become active.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within seven (7) days of the reported delivery date. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit with no delivery confirmation, we will file a carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, you are responsible for additional reshipping costs.
