STÅLK Co. — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All subscription and recurring purchase options may be cancelled at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. To cancel, you can manage your subscription through your account dashboard or contact us directly at support@stalksupply.com

How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions," or by emailing support@stalksupply.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

When cancellation takes effect: Cancellation requests received before your next billing date will prevent any future charges. If your next order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

Refunds on cancelled subscriptions: Orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard return and refund policy. Unshipped orders cancelled before fulfillment will be refunded in full.

No cancellation fees: STÅLK Co. does not charge any fees for cancelling a subscription or recurring purchase. There are no long-term commitments or penalties.
