TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to STÅLK Co. ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of stalksupply.com (the "Site"), including all products, content, and services offered through it. STÅLK Co. is a Canadian corporation.

By accessing this Site, placing an order, or engaging with any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

STÅLK Co. develops and sells premium, non-hormonal, stimulant-free dietary supplements formulated for men aged 30 and above. All product descriptions, imagery, and educational content on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product formulations, packaging, and labeling may be updated periodically. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other Site content are entirely free of error. Visual representations may vary slightly from the physical product.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including after confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate. Transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. STÅLK Co. does not store your full payment card details.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on our Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. STÅLK Co. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Site, other users, or third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, trade dress, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of STÅLK Co. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. "STÅLK," "STÅLK Co.," "Muscle Peptide 185," and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of STÅLK Co.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our express written consent.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code; collect personal information of other users; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site without written permission; engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Site; or resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit products purchased from the Site without our express authorization.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by STÅLK Co. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STÅLK Co., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it, regardless of the legal theory.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to STÅLK Co. in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STÅLK Co. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that all dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against STÅLK Co.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

STÅLK Co. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government orders, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or third-party service failures.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and all other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and STÅLK Co.
